Measuring system SDM 4000 RS
The measuring system SDM 4000 RS is a further development of the reliable measuring system SDM 4000 BT.
It consists of 4 RS-wireless-amplifiers with integrated sensors and clamping magnets. For the evaluation is a netbook-PC and measuring software as well. Additional to the functions of the SDM 4000 BT the measuring values can also
be displayed in graphic curves.
Principle of measurement
The integrated sensors of the 4 RS-wireless -amplifiers detect the strain of the
tie–bars and gives a proportional output signal.
This signal is converted into wireless data by the RS-wireless-amplifiers and is sent
to the netbook-PC.
The measuring software calculates the strain of the tie–bars and checks the values with the preselect tolerances.
These measuring data are displayed on the tablet netbook-PC. Measuring can also
be stored in a protocol and transferred to a memory stick and send as an e-mail.
