Wireless tie-bar measuring system  SDM 4000 BT Measuring system The measuring system consists of 4 magnet sensors, 4 BT wireless amplifiers with 2 clamping magnets, netbook-PC and measuring software. Principle of measurement The magnet sensors detects the strain of the tie-bars and gives a proportional output signal. This signal is converted into wireless data by the BT wireless amplifiers and is sent to the netbook-PC. The measuring software calculates the strain of the tie-bars and checks The values with the preselect tolerances. These measuring data are displayed on the tablet netbook-PC.
